My Galaxy S7 is not ringing when anyone tries to call me. I can call out.

Phone will not ringing. I rebooted it and it worked for one call.
Now it's not ringing again.
I've misses some very important calls. GALAXY S7

I have the same problem on my S7 edge. I have checked all of my settings and everything seems to be correct. Started on Marshmallow and continuing on Nougat!

What carrier? I've heard Sprint has a lot these issues.

I'm on Verizon. I probably should try a factory reset (all ready did several cache wipes), but I'm too lazy right now. Instead I just restart my phone after a call to be sure that I'm fully disconnected.

S7 Edge. Exact same problem on AT&T until the last update. It had to be a software problem. My wife has an S7 on Verizon and it does the same thing so we're going they get on the ball and resolve it there too. I'm surprised at how much the carriers seem to be ignoring this particular problem.

every time this has happened to me it was on carriers end. call your carrier first and have them check their end before factory resetting.

I'm having the exact same issue with Telus in Canada. All I keep getting is u have to wait for the patch update :s Did a factory reset and it didn't solve the problem. Missing calls, calls won't dial out at times (unless i reset the phone) gps also an issue at times *error Gps not found*... very frustrating.
