My Gear S (SM-R750)which I got as a gift from my company for 10 years of service just died on me. I was in the washroom at home might have held the power button pressed too long, and I noticed that there was some update happening. Realizing the battery was low, I ran to the charger and plugged it in. Maybe I was too late. It died and nothing I tried has worked to get it back. Called Samsung. They say they cannot do anything without an invoice.
Any idea what I could try???
