Ive come to the conclusion my hands are too small for this phone. I can not reach both of the buttons on the bottom with one hand. My thumb does not reach. Im having the same issue with the upper left of the screen. I often use two hands but have to be able to one hand it. I really dont want to go back to the M7 now. No one is going to make anything I can use again. I will die holding my ancient blue M7 full of pics of the wrong hue. :'( What do you guys do with those monster Notes, 6P, etc?

It only took a few days to get used to the size for me - but having on screen buttons helps a lot. Having them off screen is increasing the reach by a bit, so there may be different ways that you can hold the device - or it might be a two hander.

I bought my wife a IRing. It sticks to the phone and loops around your finger. Helps her tremendously with her iPhone 6s plus. I have big hands so I don't have a issue. Maybe take a look at that.

Thanks, I just looked. It may help keep me from dropping it but it wont make my thumb longer. On the bright side, I can get one thats already bedazzled LOL!

I took off the bottom outer case and left the top and the thinner TPU case on and it helps some. This certainly is a slippery phone so something has to be on it. The TPU helps keep it ok enough but Im a dropper. Big time. 11 days to decide what to do before I cant return it.

My experience is kind of the opposite. My M8 needed a "skin" because it was too slippery. The 10 has enough grip for me to not need a case. As far as 1 hand goes, I've had to give that up for the most part, not because of the phone size (my hands are huge) but because the buttons moved so far south. I can use a single hand when I'm at home but I won't do it when walking through a store or something because it's too dicey holding it way down there. The overall size is as big as I can tolerate in my jean pockets so using a case isn't really much of an option for me.

You can get the oneplus x. Or the iPhone SE. Both great options with great price. Both manageable.

I like small phones too.

If you can, throw on a skin. Carbon fiber skins and wooden textured skins help a lot!

The Galaxy s7 has a pretty decent ergonomic feel in the hand.

Just throwing out good options you can consider :)

After owning the 10, nothing else even interests me anymore. It will probably be a couple years before I start looking for a new phone.

The HTC One A9 is also a great option for a smaller screen phone.

So here's how I set it up to be able to use the phone one handed:

1. I moved the left part of the keyboard closer to the right so I can reach all the keys one handed with my right hand thumb.

2. I downloaded an app that lets me put a return button (and others) on the screen where I can reach it. Its called Navigation Bar. It gets in the way sometimes but its easy enough to move or hide.
