My headphones go CRAZY when I plug them in.

When I plug in my headphones, my ringtone soundbar wI'll go up and down, the "Complete Action With..." will come up showing S-Voice and Google Chrome as options. I have Skull Candy headphones, Bluetooth and wired availability. I really need help.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model name/number of the headphones? Are they specifically "Made for iPhone"? If so, that may be why. iPhones have a slightly different headphone jack configuration, which can lead to some incompatibility if you use headphones made for iPhone on an Android device.

No. I got them a while ago. It works fine for bluetooth, but when I use the wire it just goes absolutely crazy

Does it happen with other wired headphones as well? Do you know the exact model name/number?
