My Home, menu, back, and search key

Do not vibrate any more when i touch them. They still work but, i went into settings andd tried to fix this and i cant find anything for it... Any help? And im not in battery saver mode.

Oops just found it, but i still think i have a problem. Im pretty sure my phone thinks its in battery saver mode because it turned off animations, vibrations, and sync, but i have about 50% battery life left. Am i doing something wrong?
