My HTC 626 Desire got an error message and shut off, won't turn back on. What should I do?

my HTC 626 Desire got an error message and shut off. wont turn back on

I was in my car talking to my wife and when I hung up an error message appeared. The message asked if I wanted to report the message. I pressed DONT SEND. The phone then shut off and wont turn back on. It is 3 weeks old and up until this point I have had no problems. I actually loved the phone. It was never dropped or got wet. Can anyone tell me what to do here. Metro actually told me they wouldnt do a thing for me. great customer service Metro PCS.

Welcome to Android Central! Plug it into a wall outlet for at least 4 hours, undisturbed, then press and hold the Power button for around 10-15 seconds, and see if it powers up. If it doesn't, contact HTC for warranty repair or replacement.

Same here. I went to device support. They updated the software but issue did not go away. For me it happened when i was playing video and it happened at least 4 times. I received my new phone and it just happened again few second back. Then i googled and saw this message. Wondering if anyone else with same experience!!!
