My HTC M8 won't turn back on and it turned off on its own! Why is it doing this?

my HTC m8 won't turn back on and it turned off on its own!

My phone won't turn back on and I know it's not over heated or over charged. I had just got the new phone 3 months ago. Due to the other phone always needing to be restarted. What do I do could it be the charger?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you try pressing and holding Power for 10-15 seconds?

If that doesn't work, plug it into a wall outlet and leave it undisturbed for 4-6 hrs. Then try powering on again. If nothing happens, then the battery or the motherboard might have failed. Contact HTC for warranty repair.
