HTC One M9 updated

This phne still uses too much battery power. Uses are facebook, google news and taking photos. Any ideas or do I need to take back to Sprint??

Battery when fully charged will go to 50% in over an one or so. there are many aps running in the background consuming power but can't be stopped.

Re: HTC One M9 updated

Ever since I updated to 5.1(2.8.617.4), this phone is utterly stutterless. The battery lasts no problem with heavy usage. I don't play any games but pretty much everything else. Bluetooth, GPS, browsing all day(especially this forum) and pictures everyday. The camera, I love it. The pics I get of my three boys(1,2 and5), are really awesome. You get a few bad shots here and there. I don't take pics at night though. This dev edition software is killer.

I've found that Facebook is the biggest battery and memory hog I've ever had. This is across different OSes as well. I tend to use FB in the browser these days instead of the app. If you're a heavy FB user, you might wanna try that.
