My htc one x won't turn on neither it will charge!?

It froze and that happened,I tried everything !
about 12 days ago used but the sreecn and battery was changed I tried evrything

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying the screen and battery have been replaced? Who replaced it? Is it possible that something was damaged during the replacement process?
