My HTC10 isn't compatible with version of Ice View?!

I factory reset my phone only to discover this msg when updating my apps. Oddly enough, Ice View does work; however, it appears I can't update. Only saw a similar msg for Android System Webview, which won't let me enable?! I use Ice View daily. Any input/help is much appreciated.

I cannot find the app in the play store using my phone. On my computer I can find it but it is not compatible with any of my devices including my 10. I have an Ice View case and use it all the time
