My huawei P9 EVA-L19 finger print scanner is not working

[AC Question]

One fine day j was using ma phone nd the fingerprint scanner was just doing fine... Aftr some time I tried to open ma phone nd it wouldn't scan my finger to unlock atlast used a passcode to unlock
I rebooted nd hard resetted a couple of times ... Still no use ... Please help !!!
It's running of Android os 7.0 emui 5

I have the same problem bro,even.I dnt have finger print id option available in settings now.
If u got any solution then let me know.Thanks

As belodion said, the fingerprint scanner could have failed. The phone has to go to a repair shop for analysis.
