my Huawei watch 2 only make ringtone sound when Iam wearing it?

I bought a brand new Huawei watch sport 2 the sim version, so iam using it as standalone ,suddenly it became silent and stopped making ringtone sound when someone is calling and iam not wearing it, but when I put it on my wrist or cover the sensors it, the watch rings normally
