Hi all, i am upset and puzzled of how on earth that i woke up yesterday morning and all of my internet storage photos have all disappeared and even the other albums I have created. Is there's any explanation with this or has anybody experience the same problem? I lost all photos from our trip on the 2017-2018 and I have no idea where to look for them? I left my phone last night and did not touch anything, woke the next morning and most of my albums and internal storage photos has vanished and dont know how to recover them? Pls need help.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone, and what app did you use to look for the photos -- just the gallery app? Use a file manager app to look directly in the /DCIM/Camera directory (or any other directories you may have created to store photos in). Do you see any of the files there?
If these photos were really important, did you back them up anywhere? In the future, take advantage of Google Photos auto-backup: https://support.google.com/photos/answer/6193313?co=GENIE.Platform=Android&hl=en. If you select High Quality (which only slightly compresses the file), you get free unlimited storage. If you have a Pixel phone, you get free unlimited storage of photos at their Original Quality.
