you mean the WIFI adapter address? there's gotta be an app that'll tell you the mac address. Then you can do a reverse arp request on it and get the ip.

No app required.
Menu > Settings >About phone > Status > Scroll down to Wi-Fi Mac Address. There ya go. Not sure what you're going to do to get the IP from that unless you're logging onto your local router to compare arp from the mac but no app required. :D
