Hi. I’m currently having this problem and cannot figure it out. I opened it up and unplugged the battery. I’ve held the power button and down button for ever. I have also held the power button, the down button, and plugged it in simultaneously and held for God knows how long. When I did that the only thing that popped up was a picture of the cord and it said low power and then it went black again. Oh and I even held the power button down for about a minute and a half. I am assuming it probably needs a new battery but, I would think it would still turn on if it was connected to power. It’s a Kyocera DuraForce Ultra 5G
Model:E7110. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to AC!
Have you tried different cables and chargers?

Welcome to Android Central! Batteries can fail, so I agree that you should try replacing the battery. Also, unless you have a lot of experience opening up phones and replacing components, I would consider bringing it to a qualified technician, because there could be other problems as well, like perhaps the connections to the battery.
