My LG G2 is stuck on safe mode

I bought a new phone via Amazon LG G2 D802, and when i opened it for the first time it got up with safe mode.
I tried to restart it again, hold the volume key and power button together and everything else i saw on Google...

dot know what else to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Usually, a normal reboot will get you out of Safe Mode. That doesn't work?

If it keeps booting into Safe Mode, it's possible the phone was modified or tampered with. Was it listed as brand new, sold through Amazon? Or was it refurbished/used, or sold through an independent seller via Amazon?
