My lg g3 d855 is just stuck with 2g and not working with 3g or 4g

In my region all people use the 3g network but when i search through my mobile it says 3g is not available in your area but using another mobile it says 3g is available in your area. also i can use 3g with other handsets but not with my that specific lg g3 d855, is there any understanding and solution of my issue, shall be thankful!
