my lg g4 phone keeps freezing up powering off and restarting.

my lg g4 phone keeps freezing up powering off and restarting. and then it just gets stuck in the restart lg verizon loop. i have tried just about everything. i thought the battery was running hot so i took out the bettery and let it sit for a while and then put it back and and its stll not working what do i do

If you've tried everything already, even a factory reset (after saving all your data of course). I suggest you talk to your carrier or insurance about replacing the phone.
