MY LG G4 smartphone shows up in explorer but says 'This folder is empty".

I want to store my smartphone's images on my computer - when it's connected by USB that came with the phone.

Pull down the notification bar and you should see something about the USB connection. Tap that and make sure it's set to MTP, not Power.
