My LG L70 won't start up - it is looping on the loading screen. What must I do?

My LG L70 won't start up - it is looping on the loading screen

My phone was running slowly, so I turned it off and on again. When it started it, it began to loop on the start up screen. The only way to stop it from doing this is to take the battery out. It gets to the LG logo, then it vibrates as it would when I start it up, and goes back to the loading screen.

I have tried the "hold down power, sound and home" advice on other threads and nothing happens.

When I took it to the shop I bought it from (it is 18 months old, still supposedly under guarantee), they told me I needed a new battery - and batteries don't fall under the guarantee. It took effort, but I managed to find a brand new battery for the phone. The problem is happening in exactly the same way as it was before.

What must I do?

Make sure to try again to get into recovery by holding volume down, power, and home together.

If you cant, you will have to reflash your device.

The link seems to be broken, it just gives me an error message. Edit: found a link that works, downloading the kdz now.

While the kdz downloads, can someone explain how I can use this if my phone can't be connected to a PC unless I take the battery out, and if the battery is in, it just keeps rebooting.

Update - I have downloaded the program and the kdz, but it keeps failing as my phone resets itself. I can't have the battery in the phone without it restarting, so I am not sure what I can do about this. Any ideas?

Ps. I have tried running the program without the phone attached, and it does the exact same thing as it does with the phone attached.
