My Lg Optimus is stuck on the Get started screen, how can I move on from here?

Lg Optimus is stuck on Get started screen

I did a factory reset. when the phone went to reboot everything went as needed. The AT&T get started screen popped up but the touch screen is not working. When I try to install drivers MPT Driver fails to install.

Welcome to Android Central! Why did you do the factory reset in the first place--was the phone acting up? If the touchscreen isn't working after a factory reset, I would be concerned about a problem with the digitizer. That would require a technician to open it up and replace it.

I did a factory reset. I had originally rooted my phone and it was acting up so I Did a factory reset.

Could it be because the driver will not download. I get the MPT failed

Where do you see the MTP error--on the computer or the phone?
