My LG P930 doesn't have the Play Store

[Android Central Question]

I have an LG P930 phone which has Android 2.3.5. The phone used to have Android 2.3.6 and the Play Store app but after a factory reset it had "Market." I tried opening the Market, and I got "A server error has occurred. Retry, or cancel and return to the previous screen." Clicking 'Cancel' went back home. Clicking 'Retry' would bring up the dialog again, and clicking it once again would result in an endless 'Loading...' screen. After I got bored of waiting, I picked up my phone, and the screen rotated, causing the popup to appear again. My phone has no SD or SIM card, does this have anything to do with it, and if not, is there a way to get the Play Store back?
