My LGL34C is stuck in a boot loop, how can I get it out of it?

My LGL34C is stuck in a boot loop

My phone started shutting off and starting up on its own. It's only on for about 30 seconds, so its hard to get anywhere to see what's going on. If I leave the battery in, it soon gets too hot to touch, so I've left it out. My most recent app download was a mobile cleaner that was suggested by a friend. Any ideas? And please keep in mind that I'm fairly illiterate when it comes to electronics.

I had that problem and it turned out to be a bad SD card. I replaced it and the problem has not recurred.
