My Market hasn't updated!

My husband and I both have the Samsung Epic, unrooted, and he has received the market update (the one that has the comments on the separate little tab thingy and the update all button) but I haven't received it yet. I have seen articles on the web dating back to October 10th about this thing rolling out but I still haven't gotten it.

Is there something I can do? Is something wrong with my phone?

I thought of something that might matter. I did root my phone at one point. Saw no use for it, and unrooted it. Is it possible that rooting it caused this to happen. It is now a month later and I still haven't received the market update.
