Media Players Bugging Out
So I just got a GS6 Edge a few of days ago, it was working great and then on the third day I noticed music wouldn't play and the fingerprint sensor kept giving me errors or wouldn't respond at all. Messed around with it a while, then noticed videos (ones downloaded on the device or streamed on youtube etc.) play at 3x speed and don't have sound. Things I've tried so far to fix it is A) killed the apps running the videos/music and cleared their caches B) factory reset C) restarting the device numerous times throughout all this. I hadn't recently downloaded anything when I noticed it doing these things, so I don't think it's got a virus, especially since I did a factory reset. Thanks in advance for the help.
