My media volume is on silent but sound is still coming out.

I don't know if this is just the S7 Active or if this includes the other phones in the S7 line, or if it is just my phone in particular, but when I open up a game, or watch a video or anything else in-app that uses the "media volume" it still makes a very faint noise with the media set to silent. I'm just wondering if this is just me.

OP here. Since this post I have made an account, and tested my brother's S7 Active and my Friend's S7 Edge to see if they did the same thing which they didn't. So I decided to try the old timey method of turning my phone off and back on again. It seems to have worked, so I figured I would come back here and let people know just incase someone else experiences this in the future.

P.S.
I feel really stupid for taking 13 hours to figure out that the fix was so simple.
