My Mic for calling and audio recording has stopped working.

When I receive a call, the caller cannot hear me. I tried factory reset. Nothing. I tried erasing all the cache in phone. Nothing. I hooked up hands free Bluetooth headset. Still won't pic up audio. The speakers on phone and headset work great. I just can't get my phone to pick up audio form the Mic or other devices. When I plug in headphones, the phone freezes. And when I disconnect them the phone restarts. How can I repair this problem. (Samsung J3 Luna Pro- sm-s327vl)

Have you tried cleaning the headphone jack , also try in safe mode.

Welcome to Android Central! The fact that people still can't hear you on Bluetooth makes me think there's a problem with the system. If the problem persists in Safe Mode (https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-j3-luna-pro/faq/safe-mode/), then the next step would be a factory reset. If it still happens, then either bring it to a repair shop or look for a new phone.
