My mikona screen has just gone all white

Hi my name is dan, i was using my mikona 7" tablet. I put it on charge as the battery died but all im gettin is a white screen but it hasnt been miss-used or dropped what can i do

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, it's probably a hardware failure, which isn't that unusual for off-brand devices like yours. You could try contacting their support, but all I could find was an email address: support@mikona.uk
