My mom received an sms from me that I didn't sent/made and it doesn't show on my threads.

Was the text recommending an app. Some apps have been know to spam from users contact lists. If yes, remove that app with extreme prejudice.

Or maybe her Contacts has more than one number for you and it from that other number you don't have, but her phone says it was you because of the Contacts info...
