My Moto X 1st gen Phone's AGPS not working

Few tracking apps like runkeeper, endomondo and others dosent lock gps. i tried rebooting, downloaded GPS Status app reset and downloaded AGPS data, updated gps.conf file. Still nothing helped me. Mine is a rooted phone. Any help would be appritiated.

That sounds like everything I would have tried. In Settings, Location is turned on and set to High Accuracy mode?
