My moto x play gets heats up in 10 15 minutes

When I am playing games or using amazon app for 10-15 minutes , the upper screen gets heat up . What should I do ?

If the heat is excessive for what you are using the phone for, there may be a fault. Motorola customer support may be able to advise.
