My Motorola Moto C Plus, and my android system is nougat 7 does not recognize USB device on Mac.

my Motorola Moto C Plus and my android system is nougat 7 do not recognize USB device on mac I have tried with another cable as well and I even googled it I downloaded Motorola USB driver even enable developer options USB debugging is on as well please help besides that I have read many forums I did find not a solution for my issue.

Plug the phone into the Mac. Pull down the notification bar. Look for a USB notification. (If there's no choice showing, tap the notification.) Choose "Transfer files" or "MTP". Then it should show in the computer. (If it's set to "Charge only" or "Charge device" or something like that, it won't show.)
