My Motorola z WiFi can't turn on and can't connect. How to fixed it, thanks

Motorola z WiFi stucked, can't turn it on, I try factory reset, try connection reset, try deleting third party apps. Also done in safe mode but still didn't work, whats seems to be the problem, thanks in advance

If the Wi-Fi wont power on at all after factory reset, then there is a possibility that its due to a hardware issue.
