My music from sd card not showing anymore.

I have the note 4. 5.0
1 so I factory restored my phone and even since none of my music on sd card shows up. It all worked before I did the reset. I looked in my device folders and found my music and it plays when I click on a song, but with some weird default player, not the music player. Can anyone help please? ??? I took out battery and the sd card still nothing.

Welcome to Android Central! Which music player do you want to use--the stock Music app? Can you identify what the weird default player is?

Try running Rescan Media to force the system to scan storage areas for media files.

I don't care what music app. I use the default Samsung one. The thing I was talking about was when I went into the file and played it, it wasn't the music player I'm not sure what it was it just had a pop up and played the song
