My Music player doesn't see the audio files

Hi,

I updated my system in sept 2014, and ever since I can't use the music player. But not thi is the main problem Paralelle it, I can'T setup new ringtones. I have to use the built-in.
I try everything, reset data, delete all refresh, disable application, but nothing helps.

Do you have any idea?

If it was an over the air update, bring the phone into TMobile and ask them to please fix their update. (OTA updates frequently fail to install properly.)

If you installed it yourself, using a file you downloaded, download the older version (check the MD5 to make sure the download doesn't have any errors) and flash that. Then let it update over the air when it tells you it wants to.
