My N4 won't open apps after 5.0.1 update

While my phone was updating to 5.0.1 , it showed a low memory error and now applications won't open. Factory reset didn't solve the problem.
Anything I can do?

You could have a partition problem. Are you able to flash the factory image manually? If so, then I would suggest doing that. It should restore your data partition and get you back up and running.
