My new battery heats up, it's health rating is 2. not a word, a number. What does 2 mean?

I'm using the App Battery Information. It's rating for Battery Temp is 35.1, its rating for Battery Health is the number 2.
All the information I read says the batter health should be rated "Good." So what does 2 mean?
Should I change my App? it was rated 5******

Battery saver apps are not only unnecessary, but have been Trojan horses for malware since the beginning. Uninstall whatever battery app you installed. Clear your cache partition, and reboot. A 95 degree battery is hot. You can see what's causing /using it in settings.
