My new DX2 should be arriving a couple of hours...

coming from 2 miserable years with the BB Storm, I have to say I'm a little excited and nervous. In all honesty it wasn't the outdated OS that turned me off it was actually the hardware and the complete lack of support that turned me away from Blackberry. For all intents and purposes my Storm(s) did what they needed to do and well for a while, but then that first year was over and I started going through phones left and right due to problems with the OS and the limited hardware. Plus the VZW rep who sold me into the Storm after I originally wanted an ENV Touch pretty much lied about every feature he sold me on.

But now I have a heavily discounted DX2 coming today through FEDEX and it shouldn't be more than a couple of hours till its here. I'm sure the rest of my day just went through a huge time suck between the new phone and this website.

also a few questions:

- will my ringtones on my media card play on my droid? they're all from crackberry so i'm not sure if they're universal or not.

- i also have a bunch of movies converted to .mp4 with handbrake and dvdfab, will these play on my DX2 as is or do i need to convert the files again?

In answer to your first question: Yes, I have all my BB ringtones on my X.
