MY NEXUS 7 DOESN'T HAVE PLAY STORE :( (the app) PLEASE HELP ME ;(

In the About Tablet menu, System Updates should be at the top of the list. You don't see it?
 
Wow. Pardon me for saying this, but your Nexus 7 is MESSED UP. None of this should be happening. I think your best bet may be to return it again.

lol its ok THANKS ANYWAYS :) should I go back to where I bought it and ask them for a new one becasue I still have a 1-year warranty ?
 
Since your current unit has already been worked on by Asus, I agree, you'll need to go through them.

I did I called them but they said ASUS doesn't do warranty. They told me I have to go to the place where I bought it and ask them.
 
I thought you said they gave you an RMA# already. Asus provides a 1 year limited warranty, so they definitely should be the ones to provide warranty service. You're saying that Asus told you that they don't provide warranty service? Or did you call Google? Remember that it's Asus, not Google, who handles warranty repairs.

i called both and got two different RMA#'s they said i would have to return it so they can fix it again but they didnt say they would give me a new one. And i did call Google too and Idk i guess ill call them again to find out
 
Thank you i know what to do now :) I will send it in and they will give me a replacement if needed At least that what a representative from ASUS told me

Since it is being returned anyways, why not try a factory reset again. If they fixed that part, I wonder if doing it once more would help.
