my note 2 turned off & can't start again

Without nothing ,, i I've used my phone before going to sleep as usual
at 3:00 AM.
When I woke up in the morning I found the phone write me a word like Samsung starting ( Samsung Galaxy NoteII )
Then stop on this case to this moment, i can't turn the phone on.
Someone help me please. What can I Do.

So now, the screen doesn't even turn on when you try to power on? Have you tried holding Power down for at least 15 seconds?

The battery might have failed--try a new one.
