Note 3 broken & Dead - How to wipe the confidential data stored before service

My Note 3 fell down while driving my bike and its broken & dead, afraid to give that for service as I have confidential data stored on internal memory. How can I wipe the data that should be unrecoverable before giving that for service, Please help me!!

The problem here is that if the device is completely dead and can't be powered on, then it can't be factory reset using the hardware buttons.

If you send it in to an official Samsung service station, I really don't think they're going to try tampering with your information. They probably have way too much to do to spend time doing that. Since the phone would likely need a new motherboard anyway, one of the first things they'd do is discard the memory chips that have all of that data.

Probably the only other way of wiping the data of a dead phone (besides putting it in a shredder) would be to take it to some forensic data specialist, but that would probably cost hundreds of dollars.
