My Note 4 can't do a screenshot when its locked or when keyboard is open?

my note 4 can't do screenshot when its locked or when keyboard is open ?

When my note 4 is locked I can't do a screenshot (access code is fingerprint) neither when the keyboard is opened!
Can someone please help

Not sure why yours can't, mine did both. How are you trying to do the screenshot?
