my notification is not working and not showing in my screen ?

[Android Central Question]

i just recently change my phone from note 3 neo to note 9 and i use smart switch to transfer most of my apps then for some reason i just notice that there are no any notification appear in my lock screen nor in icon badge or notification bar like ( message /gmail/email/calendar/ some other app i installed ) the only notification is working is what's app i tried everything from checking the settings notification and they were all on and i restart my device and turn off my device and turn on again and is still not working and i did everything but nothing work if somebody knows what the problem please help me i feel anxious and this device is still new and recently i just changed it and end up with this problem is it because of the smart switch ?!!
