My PC recognizes my moto g play android 11, but I cant get pc to connect to an older LG Rebel.

Win 11, LG Rebel LM212.
The rebel does not show up in pc device manager, turned on usb debug, usb config to FTP.

I have tried different ports and cables, when I swipe for notifications, only charging appears, no other options.

Keep in mind that when I plug in my moto g, it works.

Does anything happen if you tap the Charging notification? Or is not a notification you can tap?

I tapped the charging notification, it just stayed at charging, no other options.
Also, tried connecting to my wifes computer, doesnt show up on that one either HP desktop, win 10.

Probably going factory reset see if it corrects it

Also make sure the phone's USB port isn't dirty. Use a clean dry soft-bristle toothbrush to scrub it out.

Im giving up. Found a way. I edit the video on the rebel, use google drive to transfer to desktop.
