My PC thinks it's camera instead of a phone

Since re-installing Windows XP Professional due to gremlins, my phone is now not recognised as a phone but a camera. I can't upload photo's, music, anything because of it. Any idea's on what should be simple to fix but really alluding me and frustrating me?

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers for the phone?
