My phone always has to load up my apps.

Okay, so I got a new phone a few weeks ago and whenever I try to open an app, it always shows a loading symbol before use. Fore example, when I open youtube, discord or instagram, it shows the app with no content and a loading symbol for at least 30 seconds before any content pops up. All of my previous phones have never done this before. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this also happen in Safe Mode? (You can only test preinstalled apps in Safe Mode, but that should include YouTube.)
