My phone constantly connects to some audio device/ TV I don't know

For a while now my Samsung S10 automatically connects to some device or TV (I don't know what it is). I only happens sometimes, when I use Instagram, YouTube or Spotify, or any kind of App that plays Audio. It very annoying and I don't know which device it could be, I only know it ain't in my house. And i don't even have Smart View or Bluetooth on. Nothing is on. Not even closing the app works. Only waiting until its gone or restarting the phone. I can still hear my Audio but somebody else has control over the volume and can even stop it. I don't know what to do...

So if you force close one of the three apps does it still happen? Do you cast your phone to a tv ? Check your wifi is connected to yours ?
