Hi, i have samsung J5 pro 2017. I bought it last month but the last two weeks i had a problem with my sum card. When i insert the sim to the phone, the sim card manager in the phone recognizes it and says the carrier details and everything but there is no antenna and it says no network connection. I checked the sim in another phone and it works fine, i also used another sim on the phone, it is the same. So i sent the phone to factory settings, it is the same. i even reuploaded the android 7.0 software to the phone and still nothing changed. I dont know what else to do, any help is appreciated.
