My phone dont have line

In SIM management default settings Voice call, Video Call, Messaging are disabled please help me. Micromax A110Q
Before my mobile getting problem with Bootloop then i used flash tools. now the Mobile booting with factory reset. but i am not able to call and send the message from the sim. and also another sim 2 slot is not detecting the sim card.

You may need to re-enter your phone's APN settings: What is an APN, and how do I change it?

Regarding the SIM 2 error: you may have a bad SIM card (you can test that by temporarily switching the SIM to slot 1 and seeing whether the problem persists), or the SIM slot itself could have a hardware fault (and in that case, it may require professional attention to repair it).
