Did you get it directly from your carrier, or did you buy it elsewhere and then bring it to your carrier? Phones sold directly by a carrier often need to be on that carrier's network to get the official update, so if you're using a different carrier, that may be why.

Have you tried using Smart Switch to look for an update?

Have the updates for the Note 10+ ended now? I think my S10+ is on Android 12 though so I am surprised it is not on that.

I think you can manually update it using Odin but the best person to talk you through that is @mustang7757

The Note 10 line does end with Android 12, One UI 4.

While it's still getting security updates, it could be in the quarterly cycle now.

That's international version Dual Sim , I tried looking it up on Frija couldn't find that firmware.
